This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well asother antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Human IgA in astandard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:100,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.

Storage Comment Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50 % glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below.
