簡單介紹:
PotassiumChannel,SubfamilyK,Member10(KCNK10)(N-Term)Peptide
詳情介紹:
Blocked Antibody | anti-Potassium Channel, Subfamily K, Member 10 (KCNK10) (N-Term) antibody (ABIN2776274) |
Characteristics | This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-KCNK10 antibody (Catalog #: ARP35398_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. |
Purification | Purified |
Background |
KCNK10 is one of the members of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains. The message for this gene is highly expressed in the kidney and pancreas. This channel is an open rectifier which primarily passes outward current under physiological K+ concentrations. The protein is stimulated strongly by arachidonic acid and to a lesser degree by membrane stretching, intracellular acidification, and general anaesthetics. Three transcript variants have been identified for this gene. This gene encodes one of the members of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains.
