簡單介紹:
HydroxyacidOxidase2(LongChain)(HAO2)(N-Term)Peptide
詳情介紹:
Blocked Antibody | anti-Hydroxyacid Oxidase 2 (HAO2) (N-Term) antibody (ABIN2773784) |
Characteristics | This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-HAO2 antibody (Catalog #: ARP41434_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. |
Purification | Purified |
Background |
HAO2 is one of three related proteins that have 2-hydroxyacid oxidase activity yet differ in amino acid sequence, tissue expression and substrate preference. Subcellular location of the protein is the peroxisome. Specifically, the protein is expressed predominantly in liver and kidney and has the highest activity toward the substrate 2-hydroxypalmitate. Two alternatively spliced variants encoding the same isoform have been described. This gene is one of three related genes that have 2-hydroxyacid oxidase activity yet differ in encoded protein amino acid sequence, tissue expression and substrate preference.
